Joseph Campbell wrote a book, The Hero with a Thousand Faces. In the book, he explains how, in his research of stories from many different cultures, a pattern arose. Every hero story seemed to fall into a cadence and rhythm. We’ll discuss the pattern in this Resource Book, which will give you everything you’ll need to know about the hero’s journey, including the journeys you and your stakeholders will take in your change initiatives.
